General Consultation

Service Description

This service is a general consultation. We recommend scheduling this appointment type if you are unsure which service you would like to schedule or if you have more than one service that interests you. At this appointment, Nurse Amanda Hershman will meet with you to discuss any and all the services that interest you. Our consultations allow for enough time to have all your questions answered and to move forward with treatment the same day, should you desire. Let's get you glowing!

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, all of our scheduled patients are called or texted 48 hours prior to their appointment as a reminder. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another patient. It is very important that you notify our office as soon as possible if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our office will attempt to contact you via phone, email, or letter to let you know of your missed appointment. We care about your health and will make accommodations to reschedule you. On your second no-show occurrence, you may be billed a $50 no show fee that will not be covered by insurance.
